This is a home-based gluten-free bakery, and I mean it as the highest compliment when I say you would never guess the gluten-free part. The mango cake was fresh, light, and balanced, sweet without tipping over. I have circled back for tiramisu, macarons, and cupcakes, and every single thing has cleared the bar, the kind of consistency that only comes from someone who cares.
She also does showpieces. A Percy Jackson cake came out stunning and tasted just as good, and a chocolate cake for a seven-year-old was both cute and devoured. Quality ingredients, neat elegant designs, real passion baked in. If gluten-free has burned you before, this resets the standard.
