Prachi took my order on stupidly short notice and still handed me Honey Lemon cupcakes that were light, fluffy, and frosted with restraint, sweet but not punishing, with real lemon and honey coming through. That balance is harder than it sounds, and she nails it. When I needed a custom design done fast, she had it ready in under a day and it looked like it came out of a high-end shop.
The cakes are where she shows off: moist, decadent, and dead-on to whatever specific picture you bring her. The strawberries-and-cream cake had my family fighting over the last sliver, which is the only review metric that really counts.
