Anthony's take
By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026
I already loved the Boss Cheesesteaks across the way, so the Boss Tacos were always going to get my attention, and they earned it. This is a family-run spot with friendly people who let you build your taco the way you want it, fresh salsas on deck and tortillas made in house. The migas taco is the one I keep coming back for, the best I have had in town, and the sausage egg and cheese holds its own. The chilaquiles plate rides a sauce worth talking about, and the horchata is the real thing.
Parked in the wildfire park, it does double duty: I have posted up here to work with a coffee and a taco on a Saturday and felt no need to be anywhere else. Service is fast, friendly, and there is no compromise on flavor or portion. A genuinely great local addition.
The Order
The migas taco, the chorizo breakfast taco, and a horchata. Add the chilaquiles plate if you are hungry.
