The Bitty Bakery is one of those small local operations that flies under the radar, and I am rooting for it the way I root for every little bakery doing the work without a marketing budget. The name promises something cozy and personal, and that is the lane these places live in.
I am not going to invent a signature dish I cannot back up. What I will tell you is that small bakeries like this tend to reward the curious, so walk in, see what is in the case that day, and let the person behind the counter steer you.
