Anthony's take
By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026
This is a bloodline operation. The owner is the grandson of the original Stubblefield, carrying the tradition forward out of a food truck in Wildfire Park, and you can taste the inheritance. The ribs are my favorite thing on the board, but I've yet to find a plate that lets you down: brisket mac n cheese, a brisket sandwich with that spicy coleslaw, smoked sausage with sides, even wings off a BBQ truck that come out juicy and well-seasoned.
The homestyle sides hold their own, the spicy slaw has a bite that's tuned just right, and the strawberry lemonade is refreshing without the sugar overload. Great people, always smiling, always at your service. This is the food-truck dream done correctly.
The Order
The ribs first, every time. Then the brisket and spicy coleslaw sandwich, the brisket mac, and the spicy slaw on the side.
⚠ Gotcha
It's a food truck in Wildfire Park, so check it's parked and open before you make the drive.
