This little neighborhood Starbucks gets the room right: clean, cozy, an aesthetic that makes you want to sit instead of grab and bolt. The drinks have been fantastic every time, and the staff is the reason. Someone drew art on my cup one morning that was cooler than any handwritten note, and the whole crew carries that energy. Leena especially has been the kind of helpful that makes a chain feel like a corner shop.
Let's not get carried away. It's still Starbucks, and the food is microwaved product sold at a premium, which is a shrug I can't fully shake. But for the welcome, the clean room, and baristas who treat you like a neighbor, this one punches above its logo.
The Order
I stick to the handcrafted drinks here, where the baristas shine, and skip the microwaved food case.
