By now you know the shape of this one: a modern Leander home that sleeps eight, a coffee bar, a yard, the whole setup pitched at a group looking for a weekend base. It's a good-looking option for exactly that, and the in-house coffee bar beats sending half your party out hunting for espresso at seven in the morning.
I'm a food guy, and there's no restaurant here to review, no service, no plates leaving a line. So I'll keep my hands off what I can't taste. Book it to stay, brew your own, and let the yard do its job.
