Anthony's take
By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026
Let's call this what it is: a modern three-bedroom that sleeps eight, with a coffee bar and a yard, the kind of place you book for a weekend, not a restaurant you pull up to hungry. The coffee bar is a smart touch for a group trip, the difference between a slow morning together and everybody scattering to find caffeine.
I review food, and there's no kitchen here serving the public, so I won't pretend to plate anything. If you've got eight people and need a base in Leander with somewhere to brew and a yard to spill into, this fits the assignment. Just don't show up expecting a menu.
The Order
There's no menu here, so I'd put the coffee bar to work and cook for my own crew in the kitchen.
⚠ Gotcha
This is a vacation rental, not a restaurant. No public dining, just a coffee bar for guests.
