The word on Seven Oaks Coffee
Here's the word going around
I haven't disappeared into this quiet room yet, so this is the regulars' read, not mine.

By most accounts Seven Oaks leans spartan, clean lines, minimalist decor, a calm and very quiet room, and that's exactly its charm. Reviewers call the lattes genuinely smooth, the kind of coffee that makes you sit up, and say the place has quietly become a regular stop, easy to work in or just disappear into for a while.
The bakery case earns its keep too: a raspberry rose danish soft and flaky, a cherry chocolate scone soft instead of crumbly, a cinnamon knot full of flavor. People say try the specials while you're at it, with at least one diner glad they got talked into a coconut refresher. Friendly staff, no attitude, a good clean place to slow down.
A spartan, silent room and a latte that makes you sit up? That's my kind of place to slow down.
The Order
Reviewers point to a latte, and don't skip the raspberry rose danish or the cinnamon knot.
That's the word on this one.
