By most accounts the sea salt Caramelicious blender is the reason to pull in, sweet and good and worth a medium, not the large you'll regret. Reviewers credit relentlessly pleasant staff tossing out cheery wonderfuls and terrifics at a drive-thru where most people grunt, and a dead-simple app. When orders land right, the coffee's tasty and the blended Oreo drink a small joy. The rub is when they land right. People say they want to love it, but too often something's off: drip coffee showing up cold and sending them back through the line, mini donuts arriving still frozen. Little things, the reviews note, that add up for a place open long enough to have it sorted. Stick to the blended drinks and you'll dodge most of the trouble.
