Raahi Foods is run by a woman who cooks like she's feeding her own family, and that comfort lands on every plate. I catered a group through her, vegetarian and non-veg both, and the food showed up fresh, well-prepared, and good enough that guests kept tracking me down to ask who made it. The biryanis are the headliner, veg or non-veg, each bite an actual event. Her menu is the most diverse and interesting I've seen in the local Indian catering world, and she'll work with you on customization and quantities without making it a hassle.
The spread goes deep beyond the rice. Her tawa and paneer subji is a standing favorite of mine, and the moong daal halwa is the kind of dessert that ends a meal on a high note. Restaurant-quality flavor with a homemade warmth most caterers can't fake. When I'm feeding a crowd, this is who I call.
