This truck smokes its own meat and you taste the hours in every bite. The picanha sandwich was unforgettable, tender and juicy with a chimichurri that cut right through the smoke and lit the whole thing up. The smoked quesabirria is next-level, smoky pork and melted cheese in perfect balance, and the bourbon brisket sandwich is, no exaggeration, the best brisket I've had around here. The Pork Booty Platter came with a seasoning I genuinely couldn't place and couldn't stop eating.
It's not flawless. The kids' nuggets are the reheated, frozen-from-the-store kind, a lazy note in an otherwise serious operation, and I caught a flash of impatience at the window once. But the smoked meats are the whole point here, and on that count this place is operating at a level most trucks can't touch. Come for the brisket and the picanha and you'll forgive the rest.

⚠ Gotcha
The kids' chicken nuggets are reheated frozen, not real chicken. Order them the smoked meats instead.
