Nomadus

Nomadus is a study in extremes, and I mean that literally. The Ghee Podi Idli is the best thing on the menu, no contest, a rich, deep flavor that isn't spicy but hits you anyway. Eat it screaming hot and it dissolves on your tongue. The chicken popcorn and egg noodles were solid, and that strawberry boba drank like something premium, creamy and full. On the right order, this place is a joy.

Then there's the other Nomadus. I've heard the paneer Frankie comes out as a sad roti wrap with almost nothing inside, oily and undercooked, and that the size of your Frankie seems to depend on whether the kitchen knows your face. That's a bad look for any kitchen, let alone a young one. Order well and you'll be thrilled. Order wrong and you'll wonder what happened.
