Anthony's take

By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026

I wish I'd found Nameless Saloon years ago. I rolled in on a Saturday just to watch the sunset and got far more than I bargained for: Steven working the bar like he was glad I existed, Cecilia the owner walking over to personally check on us, and a popsicle from the food truck lineup that's honestly the best I've ever eaten. The Pink Burger truck out front is outstanding, the drinks come cold, and there's a playground keeping the kid happy.

This is the hidden gem you tell exactly the right people about. I came back for the Hoo Doo crawfish and the staff offered to carry food from the trailer because my husband's back was acting up. That's not service training. That's character. Great people, great atmosphere, music in the air.

The Order

I'd hit the Pink Burger truck, chase it with a cold drink from the bar, and not leave without a popsicle.

⚠ Gotcha

It's food-truck driven, so the eats rotate. Check what trailer's parked, and the crawfish boils are worth timing.
