The word on McDonald's (US-183)
Here's the word going around
I haven't parked at this playscape with a coffee yet, so this is the parents' read, not mine.

By most accounts the real use for this place isn't the food, it's a clean, calm spot to answer emails or nurse a coffee while the kids tear around the playscape, with front staff people call genuinely nice about it. For a parent after an hour of sanity, reviewers say, it does the job.
Breakfast is the trap. One diner reports sending back the morning sandwich twice a week, biscuits hard as a rock, hash browns cold, eggs dry and old, noting a microwave doesn't soften a biscuit, it cements it. McDonald's usually gets breakfast right, people say, so when this one whiffs, somebody was asleep behind the wheel.
A clean playscape and an hour of quiet? Even the golden arches earn a fair shake from me.
The Order
Reviewers say grab a coffee while the kids hit the playscape, and steer clear of the biscuit-and-egg situation.
⚠ Gotcha
Breakfast comes out cold and hard often, by several accounts. Check it before you leave, or just don't risk it.
That's the word on this one.
