I have ordered a double hamburger at this location more than a dozen times and walked out with a single, or a cheeseburger I never asked for. That's annoying. What's dangerous is the raw burger I got, not once but again on a return visit. I've been shoved into a curbside spot, waited over 40 minutes, and had to walk inside and raise my voice just to collect food I already paid for.

The one bright spot has a name: Hayden. She takes my order with a real, bubbly warmth, like she actually cares whether your day goes well, which is rarer in this building than it should be. Give that girl a raise and put her in charge, because right now the rest of the operation is running on fumes and undercooked beef.
