This is the kind of secret that makes me love eating in this town. A quick mart, fluorescent lights, snacks and a register up front, and tucked in the back a Nepalese food counter quietly turning out some of the most honest cooking around. The butter chicken with garlic naan was a flat-out 10, rich and properly spiced, the naan blistered and soft. I've ordered here over and over, pickup and delivery, and they've never let me down.
The portions are generous, the people running the counter are warm, and there's always some deal running. This is exactly the immigrant-kitchen-behind-the-counter magic that beats any polished chain on the strip. Don't let the gas-station wrapper fool you. The food is the real reason to come.

Butter chicken with garlic naan, every single time. Whatever else off the Nepalese counter looks good that day.
