The word on LEANDER GROCERY
Here's the word going around
I haven't pulled over for this roadside taco yet, so this is the diners' read, not mine.

By most accounts the breakfast tacos here are worth going out of your way for. Leander Grocery is a down-home little spot reviewers say you could blow right past on the road and regret it, and the mega taco is the move: huge, stuffed, made to order, big enough that couples report splitting one and both walking away full. Best in the area by several accounts, with call-ahead and online ordering so it's ready on arrival, and staff people call consistently good to them.
One warning keeps it from a clean rave: the pricing can get slippery. Tacos listed at $2.99 with fifty-cent add-ons reportedly rang up at four bucks each with a single extra, and one taco came mostly bland egg and beans with a single sad strip of bacon. Built right, people say, it's incredible. Just keep an eye on the register.

The Order
Reviewers point to the mega taco, and say order one and split it, or come very hungry.
⚠ Gotcha
Watch the bill, by several accounts. Listed prices and what you actually get charged don't always match up.
