Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Salted caramel and vanilla with cookie butter crumbs is the only thing I order here, and it's so good I've stopped pretending I'll branch out. The Italian ice somehow outshines the ice cream, which shouldn't be possible but is. Strawberry shortcake, strawberry lemon with vanilla and Nerds, the combo list goes deep, and the Leander spot stays clean with plenty of seating. The staff are friendly and, on a good day, quick.

Here's the honest catch: when it's busy, the service drags. I've watched a single order take 35 minutes, with kids' cups made last and the line paused mid-scoop to handle the drive-thru. They're nice about it, but slow is slow. Come when it's quiet and this place is a joy.
