I pulled up to HTeaO thirsty and indecisive, which turns out to be the right way to arrive. The place is bright and clean enough to feel like it opened yesterday, and the staff just kept handing me sample cups: caffeinated, unsweet, zero sugar, the works. I found my pour without committing to a mistake, and that alone earns my respect. The drive-thru app orders move fast, and they clearly care about not wasting my time.
Now, the asterisk. I've heard the gospel that the Georgetown and Cedar Park locations brew it better, and I won't pretend every glass here is a religious experience. But friendly people and a sample-anything policy cover a lot of sins. I walked out with a cold one I actually wanted, which is the whole point.
The Order
I'd sample three before I commit, then go zero-sugar peach if it tastes clean that day.
⚠ Gotcha
The brew here is polarizing. If your glass tastes off, say so and re-sample. They'll let you.
