I'll say what nobody expects to say about a supermarket bakery: the Mocha Tres Leches soaked in Cafe Ole cold brew is a genuinely great cake, and whoever built it deserves a raise and a parade. That's the high. The low is the custom-decorating roulette: I've heard about neon-orange icing that fought the photo it was supposed to match, and sprinkle requests that drifted in translation. When you hand off a vision here, get specific and double-check.

But the people are what flip this from gamble to keeper. When a wedding order got the date wrong, Sarah didn't shrug, she got those sheet cakes baked fast and personally drove them to the venue. That's not grocery-store service, that's somebody who cares whether your day goes right. For that alone I'd come back.
