Anthony's take

By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026

I got the freshest donuts I'd had in ages here, and honestly the people made it better than the sugar did. The young women behind the counter worked the room in harmony, welcoming, quick, the kind of genuine cheer you almost never catch at 7am. The place is clean, there are a few booths to sit in, a drink cooler, and a full lineup: donuts, kolaches, breakfast tacos, even kid-themed donuts now. For a longtime Leander go-to, it earns the loyalty.

One thing keeps it honest. The pricing has some traps. There's a service charge on orders under $5, so a single donut costs you extra, and filled or festive donuts run higher without a heads-up until you're already paying. Know that going in, order a proper haul to clear the minimum, and you'll leave happy.

The Order

I'd order a mixed dozen with a couple kolaches and a breakfast taco, enough to clear the under-$5 fee.

⚠ Gotcha

There's a service charge on orders under $5, and filled or festive donuts cost extra without being flagged. Order enough and ask prices upfront.
