Anthony's take

Fooparis Baguette is a counter I want to root for, because a place that puts baguette in its name is staking a claim, and a real baguette is a tightrope: shattering crust, open crumb, nowhere to hide. I don't have a stack of stories to lean on here yet, just the appeal of a bakery betting on bread it bakes itself rather than a chain shipping in par-baked filler.
Until I've eaten my way through the case, I'll keep it honest and lean on the premise: walk in, smell the air, and let the crust tell you whether they mean it. If the loaf cracks when you squeeze it, you've found something. That's the whole test.
The Order
I'd buy the baguette first and judge everything by how loud the crust cracks.
