The word on First Watch
Here's the word going around
I haven't claimed a sunlit table here yet, so this is the diners' read, not mine.

By most accounts the First Watch system just works: join the waitlist online, get a text five minutes before the table's ready, and walk into a bright, sunlit room that feels good to sit in. Reviewers describe the newer Leander spot's fresh-decor, natural-light glow and a front desk crew keeping a Friday rush moving fast without anyone feeling rushed. Everything's made to order, and you can taste that it isn't sitting under a heat lamp. The Market Hash draws highlight-of-the-meal talk, loud with flavor, with the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Veggies Frittata right behind it. The mint mocha, The Works omelette, the multigrain pancakes, the avocado toast, all of it lands. Warm, efficient service is the whole ballgame at breakfast, and the reviews say this place has it.
A Market Hash people call the highlight of breakfast is exactly what I want my fork in next.
The Order
Reviewers point to the Market Hash and the salmon frittata, with a mint mocha to wash it down.
That's the word on this one.
