Estancia is the special-occasion churrascaria, and it knows exactly what it is. I walked in, got greeted at the table, got the whole how-this-works speech, and then the skewers and trays started arriving and did not quit. The salad bar was fresh and honest, the cocktails were spot on, and the meat carved tableside is the whole reason you dress a notch up and show up hungry. We were there for a birthday and the staff made the night feel like ours.
One honest note from the brunch crowd: at $42 a head the salad bar delivered but the hot food bar ran thin on options. The meats are the move here, not the steam table. Service is the secret weapon, and if you land Delia, you got the good draw. Management, promote that woman.

Come for the tableside meats and graze the salad bar. Skip filling up on the hot bar at brunch.
