Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein Bros has quietly become my breakfast bailout. The bagels come out soft and chewy, the store catches the morning sun and stays clean, and even walking in near closing with my daughter, the bagels were still fresh and the staff still bubbly. Lisa runs a warm floor, Jayden hooked up a great visit, and the line, long or not, moves. That combination is rarer than it should be.

My order doesn't change: orange juice that's always fresh, a pretzel bagel toasted to perfection with the honey almond schmear at just the right thickness. But they reward the curious too. The hot honey Nova lox is a genuine must-try, warm and a little wild, and the hazelnut vanilla drip coffee holds up next to it. Friendly faces, fresh bagels, an app that the staff will actually fight to make work for you. I keep coming back.
