The first bite told me these folks are serious. This is real dhaba cooking, the roadside food of the subcontinent, and they nail the thing most strip-mall spots miss: the meat. Fresh halal, cooked with care, whether you go BBQ or kebab. I had egg bhurji and chilli momos, told them my spice level, and they hit it dead on, which means somebody back there is actually listening.

The room does its job too, an ambiance that genuinely feels like a dhaba and not a food court, organized and warm even when every table is full on a Sunday night. People are calling it the thing Austin has been missing, and standing in that parking lot afterward, full and happy, I get it. Drive for this one.
