The word on Desi Dhaba / Kebab Bar & Grill
Here's the word going around
Full disclosure, I haven't actually darkened their door yet.

The word going around is this spot dishes out authentic Dhaba food, the kind that makes you feel like you've landed somewhere real, somewhere back in India or Pakistan. Reviewers talk about mouthwatering quality, especially with their fresh Halal meat. It is, by all accounts, delicious. Despite being a dhaba, the place is organized, the service good, even better than some proper restaurants. People are packed in, enjoying themselves.
They actually listen, apparently. Customers rave about specific spice levels being nailed for dishes like egg bhurji and chilli momos. The BBQ items, tandoori chicken, and kebabs get consistent praise. Even their catering service, offered by a food truck, pulled off a "wonderful job" for a birthday bash. Folks seem genuinely happy with what's being served.
I might just have to roll up there myself and see what the fuss is about.
The Order
Focus on the BBQ, those tandoori chicken skewers, and the kebabs. The egg bhurji and chilli momos also get a solid nod, especially if you like your heat just right.
⚠ Gotcha
Word of caution, the parking lot is reportedly a bit of a tight squeeze and often full.
That's the word on this one.
