By most accounts this brand-new location brings quick service and onion rings exactly as DQ rings should be, crispy and right. Reviewers like the strawberry sundae, the taco, and bonus points for cherry and vanilla syrup at the drink station so you can build your own flavored Coke. The chicken strips run a touch dry, but nothing offensive.
Then the bit that made people laugh: one diner with exact change down to 78 cents was told the bank doesn't accept pennies and charged 80, pennies welcome coming in, apparently, just not going out. A small thing, reviewers note, but the kind of nonsense that tells you who's minding the store.
Crispy DQ rings and a fountain I can hack into a cherry-vanilla Coke? Easy yes when I get there.
