Yogita makes cakes that live up to the name: moist, rich, beautifully presented, and built around Indian flavors you do not find in a standard case. The Rasmalai cake is my pick and I will fight for it, but the coffee loaf is to die for and the black forest came light and moist with a real cherry bite. Nothing here is an afterthought.
Beyond the baking she is just easy to deal with, friendly, responsive, and happy to accommodate a personal request. The quality is worth every penny, and for any celebration where you want something that actually tastes like somewhere, this is where I send people.
