Bobby and Dani are the reason this place sings. Genuinely warm, genuinely into what they're doing, the kind of hosts who make you feel like a regular on night one. The room is loud in the good way. Chips and salsa landed fresh and well-seasoned before I'd settled in, and Sophia steered me toward the street tacos like she meant it. Queso, flautas, soup, all of it hot and fast out of the kitchen.

Then the desserts ambushed me: churros and homemade ice cream that I'm still thinking about. My first michelada came light on mix, I asked, and the second one was dialed in perfectly, no attitude. This is the best Tex-Mex in Leander and I'll plant that flag.
