I'd never seen a toasted-sub shop play it quite like this, a whole concept I couldn't place against any other sandwich brand, and I'm glad I wandered in. The Apollo 13 and the Jamaican Red Chicken both came out fresh and well-balanced, made just right, and the Thai Stick is the one I keep thinking about. These don't taste like any sub I've had before, and I mean that as the highest compliment.
The room is the other half of it: calm, cozy, lots of seating, an easygoing energy that the staff keeps friendly and helpful. Same quality I first met at the San Antonio location, holding steady here in Leander. They do a 4-inch if you just want a quick taste. I'll be back, over and over.

The Thai Stick is my pick, with the Apollo 13 close behind. A 4-inch if I'm just grabbing a quick bite.
