A build-your-own Mediterranean bowl, greens and grains and protein, is my reliable healthy-but-filling default, and this location delivers the fresh ingredients and consistent flavor I get from the others. What sets it apart is the people: Madi the general manager, plus Alyssa and Autumn, and Dom who walked my family through every option with real patience on our first visit. That kind of service is rare at a counter spot.
Here's the catch, and it's a real one: this Leander location skimps on portions. The Domain CAVA never shorts me like this, and when I'm paying for a bowl I expect it filled. Great crew, fresh food, stingy scoops. I'd order in person and say something.
