Anthony's take
By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026
If it's not happening at Caddie Shack, it's not happening: golf, local bands, billiards, shuffleboard, cornhole, darts, Texas Hold'em, bar-league Jeopardy, bingo, and a food truck out front. I played pool and shuffleboard, got a free slice of pizza that actually tasted good, found cold beer and a clean room, and watched a band set up for the night. This is Point Venture's clubhouse for everybody.
The one real gripe: when the music kicks on, it gets loud enough to drive you out, even from the next room over, and nobody seemed to notice people heading for the door. Worth knowing before you settle in for a long hang.
The Order
I'd grab a cold beer and the pizza, rack up a game of shuffleboard, and check the band schedule.
⚠ Gotcha
Once the live music starts the volume can get punishing, even one room over. Plan accordingly.
