Anthony's take
By Anthony Martinez, The Leander Local · Updated June 2026
Eva built me a bomb pop snow cone with the kind of focus you'd expect from a painter, saucing it like it mattered, and it did. Bailey caught an oopsie on my order and fixed it right up without missing a beat. That's the heart of this place: a teenage crew getting real responsibility and autonomy, and mostly rising to it. Wide array of flavors, premade concoctions, custom builds, big portions, paper umbrellas, the full island bit.
It's not bulletproof. One later visit my order wasn't accurate and the settling between two cups was noticeably uneven, the kind of inconsistency that nags at a regular. But I love the business model and I love that the kids are learning on the job, and most of the time the treats come out exactly right.
The Order
A custom sno, and let whoever's behind the counter sauce it up like Eva did mine.
